How a careful domain close actually works

Agreement, escrow, then the push. The order matters more than the speed.

A serious buyer should be suspicious of a domain site that only offers a wire address and a handshake. The close for emsinjury.com follows a sequence you can audit.

First the commercial terms: which name or names, the price, who pays escrow fees, and what “control” means. Control means the name resolves in a registrar account you own, not a screenshot of someone else’s panel.

Second, escrow. A recognized escrow service holds the funds. The seller cannot take the money and leave the name. The buyer cannot take the name and leave the money.

Third, the move. A registrar push is fastest when both parties use the same registrar. Otherwise an auth-code transfer works. Budget a few business days after funds are secured, and do not point production DNS at the name until you control it.

DesertRich does not ask for remote access to your registrar, your email password, or a payment app. The working address is [email protected]. If a message about this name arrives from anywhere else, forward it to that address before you act.

If the name fits, ask.

Price on request. Escrow before transfer.
